Taste du Languedoc at

Since 2012 “Taste du Languedoc” has been creating amazing events that embrace our four essential elements , namely : Wine, Food , Art and Music. From its conception at our previous headquarters “Inspire”, in the sleepy Minervois village of Azille where an art gallery/winebar very quickly started hosting jazz concerts, cinema evenings , tapas and regional menu’s to name but a few of the events we created; to our newest incarnation in the town of Puisserguier at “Le Pélican”.

From May 2024 at Le Pélican we will be launching a food & wine educational centre that teaches the WSET wine tasting approach along with a “regional recipes’ cookery school and food/wine pairing courses.

We have also created a supper club where Matthew will be creating wonderful three course regional menu’s for private dining on a bi -weekly calendar.

To complete the picture we will be hosting occasional pop up art exhibitions supported by some lovely summery live Jazz !!
