A gentle fizz, well to start anyway

On our recent Tour to Limoux, home of our favourite sparkling wine, we dropped into one of our favourite winemakers as you would expect.

Amongst the usual superb choice of Blanquette, Crémant and a rather wonderful single grape Chardonnay we came across the perfect gentle fizz - when you don’t to lay it on thick, so to speak, 6.5% alcohol, and it is really lovely.
